NMYBO Travel Team Tryout Information
 

Everyone needs to register! (Click the blue REGISTER NOW tab on the Homepage).  If you are already in the system, you will be prompted to verify all of the contact information and complete all medical and health insurance related information.  There are also 3 waivers to acknowledge and sign prior to tryouts (a standard waiver, a Covid waiver and a code of conduct waiver).  If you don’t already have a profile with us, the website will prompt you set one up.

After you register you can pay the $400 travel fee at that time or cancel out of it.  The entire travel fee of $400 is due by Tuesday 11/02 (first practice).

The Uniform is an additional cost – the estimated cost this year will be: Jersey- $40, Shorts- $30, Shooting Shirt- $30.  The organization uses the same uniform every year, so if your player has already participated in the travel program and has a uniform and shooter shirt that is in good condition and fits, you do not have to purchase another one.

Tuesday, October 26th      7:15 - 8:30 p.m.       Boys & Girls in 5th & 6th Grade  

                                          8:30 - 9:45 p.m.       Boys & Girls in 7th & 8th Grade 

 

Thursday, October 28th     7:15 - 8:30 p.m.       Boys & Girls in 7th & 8th Grade 

                                           8:30 - 9:45 p.m.       Boys & Girls in 5th & 6th Grade

ATTENDANCE at both SESSIONS strongly recommended

DO NOT WEAR YOUR TRAVEL UNIFORM IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY ON A TEAM

REMEMBER TO COME PREPARED: 

BRING: Water/drink

WEAR: athletic clothing, sneakers

BRING: LIGHT & DARK shirts or a reversible jersey, ball, hand sanitizer

 
**Night of evaluationsplease enter through the entrance at the front of the building (across from the pool).  Each player should be accompanied by one parent only - masks must be worn when entering/exiting the building.  Our volunteers will be set-up in the lobby for the parent to check-in the player, but then the parent must exit the building.  Players will leave the Fieldhouse from the side doors exiting to Elkington Farms Road.  You can meet your player there or have him/her cross the street (using the crosswalk) to the parking lot.  

 

SATURDAY 10/30: ROSTERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ONLINE BY 12:00 PM 

 

TUESDAY 11/2: FIRST PRACTICE AND TEAM MEETINGS W/COACHES & UNIFORM FITTING (If samples are in)
 

**$400 TRAVEL FEE, & COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE WILL BE COLLECTED***

You must bring a copy of birth certificate THAT WE CAN KEEP! No player will be allowed to participate unless online travel registration has been completed, birth certificate has been submitted and $400 travel fee paid in full.  No exceptions.
